Mohamad Tasyrif Tajudin who has posted threatening words on Facebook is an irresponsible and stupid person. He should have thought critically before he is posting these words.

Critical thinking which is the purposeful and reflective judgment about what to believe or what to do in response to observations, experience, verbal or written expressions or arguments needs to be applied by Mohamad before he makes the decision to post these words to express his feeling or just for fun. He should evaluate critically whether his action is correct or incorrect which is including its effect of the wording. Furthermore, Mohamad needs to think rationally as rational thinking is based on reality and it emphasizes seeing things as they really are, keeping them in perspective, preferring rather than demanding and self-acceptance. By having rational thinking, Mohamad should be able to handle his emotions and he will not post the threatening words on Facebook. As a student, he should have logical thinking as it is the process of reasoning one's thoughts whether correct or incorrect which leads to critical thinking.

As a student of Arts Culture and Heritage Academy (Aswara), how can he use his time to do the things which should not be done by a student which is posting the threatening words on the social networking site? Actually, he should feel lucky and use his time to gain as much knowledge as he can because they are so many people out there who wish to pursue their studies and cannot get this opportunity. His action has really put the Arts Culture and Heritage Academy (Aswara) in a bad light.

Besides, he has hurt the people who love and care about him especially his parents because they have spent a lot of money to provide him with comfortable life and education. Actually, he should study hard and become a successful man which is the wish of all the parents in the world. He should not let his parents down by posting those words in Facebook. With his foolish action, his parents not only need to worry about him, they also need to spend money to hire lawyer for him or help him pay the fine.

Mohamad who has broken the law and is charged under Section 233(1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 with knowingly using the application with the intention of threatening others should be punished. As it is mentioned in the news, he is facing a fine of up to RM50, 000 or up to a year in jail or both if convicted.

In conclusion, I hope Mohamad will regret with what he has done. After the punishment, he will become a critical, rational and logical thinker who is able to think probably before he makes decision or do something. In addition, I hope other teenagers will not repeat Mohamad’s action because it is really foolish and stupid.

William Henry "Bill" Gates III is an American business magnate, philanthropist, and chairman of Microsoft, the software company he founded with Paul Allen. He is ranked consistently one of the world's wealthiest people and the wealthiest overall as of 2009. During his career at Microsoft, he held the positions of CEO and chief software architect and remains the largest individual shareholder with more than 8 percent of the common stock. Gates received Doctoral Degree from Harvard University where he dropped out when he was 19 years old to make his dream come true by created the new innovation that we called “Computer”. I admire everything he has done. He is an initial and creative engineer and of course he is a successful businessman that is why he has to think about the profit sometimes. Anyway I think Bill Gates is a genius, incredible and truly icon.

Gates is an example of critical, creative, rational and logical thinker. In order to be the founder and CEO of Microsoft, he must be a good critical thinker who is very good in solving problems, making decisions or forming opinions. Besides, he is good in assessing the worth and validity of something existent. It involves precise, persistent and objective analysis. For example, Gates continued working day and night to write his program although he knew that he might drop out from Harvard University. It is because he has a great determination that he will be successful with his hard work rather than studying in Harvard University.

To become a successful businessman, Gates must be very good in creative thinking. By having the creative thinking, he can come out with many new ideas and products to improve his company. That is why Microsoft has so many great products such as Xbox, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and so forth. Besides, he is a rational and logical thinker. He behaves in the ways which promote his aims and survival.

In the speech, Gates not only shared about his success, he also delivered a call to arms on global inequities. This can be shown by the statement “…humanity’s greatest advances are not in its discoveries – but in how those discoveries are applied to reduce inequity…”. To reduce the global inequities, Gates and his wife combined three family foundations into one to create the charitable Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which is the largest transparently operated charitable foundation in the world. This foundation helps millions and millions of people around the world. Furthermore, he has decided to give away 99.99% of his wealth to the charity when he dies while leaving only $10 million to each of his two children.

Many people view rich people as not caring uninvolved snobs. For worldly people it is true, but for this man here who has such a high standing, and feels true sympathy for the world today, and is truly willing to give all he has, he is truly a great and honourable man in my eyes. Therefore, Gates should be a role model for rich people especially the Indian billionaires such as Lakshmi Mittal and the Ambani brothers who have so much money and yet give absolutely nothing to charity!

He mentioned in the speech that the complexity of the issues and how they are conveyed through media, radio and press make it extremely difficult for the man of the street to grasp and appraise the situations and how he could contribute. Enjoyed his mother's advice "to whom much is given, much is expected" - biblical. Yes, we are all very self-centred people, including myself. Thanks Gates for your words of wisdom. Perhaps you can let the call to action he extends to all the Harvard grads be yours as well.

In my point of view, Gates has just dropped a big book. Even though he did not graduate at Harvard University, he graduated in life. He found the real meaning of life and he is still finding the way through real accomplishment. Education has just failed in some ways to humanity by not taking care of real problems in the world such as inequities as Gates emphasized in his speech.

In conclusion, Gates is most driven and successful businessman ever. We owe our modern lives to this man, as technology would not be where it is today without his and Microsoft’s efforts. He is amazing in that he is not just super smart and created the world's largest software company from scratch, but that he has the heart, compassion and passion to use his talents and wealth to solve the world's most pressing problems that nobody else is willing to deal with. He is a great example to us all of what a truly inspiring human being could be.

It's amazing that people can turn almost anything into a tool for sedition, propagation, and defamation. Hopefully Mohamad can learn his lesson this time...

For someone who spends more than a decade as the world's richest person, Bill Gates is still seriously grounded and talks about inequities and unjust Cool He's truly one of a kind!

Social networking site is suppose to connect people, share information but to use it as a tool to scare others by posting threating words is just so wrong.I hope the punishment that he has to undergo will somehow make everyone else realize to be a wiser and better person when dealing with cyberworld. We must allow those who commit cybercrime to get away easily. There is still a price that you need to pay for this.
