Anthony Robbins is a good motivater.In this talk he talks about “ Clarity and Purpose”. He clarify what is the ‘should’ and what is the ‘must’. He said that extraordinary psychology must be in extraordinary state, and to achieve that our body and focus must be at the best. We must turn the should into must to achieve our goal. In my opinion, Anthony Robbins is not a good critical thinker but a great motivater. He is good in motivate people and to boost up their morale. People gets motivate by him because he is very confidence when he gives a speech and his language style and tones is very smooth and attractive. He also know what problem most people have been through and give the simple solution to solve it.

The title of this speech “Don’t Worry be Happy” resemble Mario Teguh opinion about the good leader in making decision.A good leader must do a wise decision fast.The need to do decision fast is better than do decision wisely. It is because when we do fast decision but wrong,we can redo it fast,but if we do decision wisely but its late,then it is just waste of time. Mario Teguh emphasize that we should just do decision and do not taking to long and think to much before making decision. In my opinion his opinion was right in making a not so important decision. It is because in making decision such as in engineering field, we must think wisely and make decision precisely because once we make a decision, some of thing we cannot correct or redo it, and if we do a wrong decision, there maybe a building collapsed, or a rocket blown off.But overall, I do think Mario Teguh is a critical thinker because he use critical thinking in analyze and solving a problem.

Dato’ Dr Fadzilah Khamsah is the famous motivator in Malaysia. His speech really inspired me.Of of his speech is “ Because of mouth, you destroyed”. In this speech he talks the need for us to watch our mouth from saying something that eventually will destroyed ourself. He said we must not provoke people by calling them with nasty name. He also said that we must do what we have said. We must accomplished what we had pr0mised and do not promise if we don’t capable to do it. In my opinion Dr. Fadzilah Khamsah is more a motivator than a critical thinker. But in his speech he also use some of critical thinking aspect to solve some of the problem.

It is because when we do fast decision but wrong,we can redo it fast,but if we do decision wisely but its late,then it is just waste of time.

Yeah. We must do thing fast. If not, we will be left behind.
